  1. Open the PPT file you wish to save as a picture. Then click on File > Save As.

 

2. In the Save As window, under Type, select the photo format you wish.

3. You can also change the filename of the picture file that will be created. When you are ready, click on Save button

4. The next dialogue will ask if you want to save the current slide or all slides as a picture.  Select your choice. If you select every slide, a folder with individual picture files will be created within it.
